This includes stance, footwork, basic punches, kicks, knees and elbows and Padwork training.
TRX which stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise, is a revolutionary personal training method that uses your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability. Muay Thai is Thailand’s national sport and deeply embedded in the history and culture of the country. Muay Thai utilizes 8 limbs to attack. Instead of just punching and kicking, Muay Thai fighters are able to use deadly knee and elbow attacks to hurt their opponents. In addition, Muay Thai fighters are also masters at clinching (stand-up grappling) and are able to throw their opponents to the ground.

Whether you want to develop self-confidence, get fit, or compete in the ring, Muay Thai is a sport that is inclusive of multiple goals. There are a million reasons why you may want to train Muay Thai, and at the end of the day, there are no wrong reasons to train.
You do not need to train and become a professional fighter. Thai boxing is a fun and incredible exercise for everyone. If you want to be in shape or do a bit of cardio workout, Thai boxing is a good choice for you.
*The session includes full instruction and break down of warm up, work out, stretching and mobility techniques. All private sessions are tailored specifically to the client’s individual goals and level.
