This session will help identify when Chakras are flowing and balanced, out of balance or weak, depleted and blocked. This session includes a guided Fire Breath For Chakra Balancing and Healing. Breath of fire is a Kundalini Yoga breathing technique that literally creates heat in the body. This is caused by the quick stomach movements, which cause our muscles to warm up and raise the temperature in the lower torso.
