Thai Boxing is certainly one of the most complete and educational sports, also just as a fitness and weight loss program. Headed by our experienced personal trainer Gerry, this beginners class focuses on teaching the basic fundamentals of Muay Thai. This includes stance, footwork, basic punches, kicks, knees and elbows and Padwork training.
TRX which stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise, is a revolutionary personal training method that uses your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability. You can actually do hundreds of exercises with this fantastic portable piece of equipment.

Some of you need no introduction as you know Gerry very well but for those don’t: Once immersed in the corporate world of London, Gerry’s passion for sport—especially Muay Thai—led her to Thailand in 2009.

Now a certified personal trainer and exercise nutrition coach, Gerry is dedicated to helping others create sustainable, fulfilling fitness routines that combine cardio, strength, and conditioning.
