A Typical Day on a Detox Program starts with rising early for sunrise, it is not always easy but we promise it will be worth it and sunrise beach is located only 800m from the retreat.

The radiant power of a beautiful sunrise can infuse a day with immense energy and set a positive intention to rise up and meet the day with strength and grace.

Sunshine isn’t just a symbolic and happy way to welcome a new day, It’s offers physiological benefits, such as enhanced vitamin D and better regulation of the circadian rhythm. You might choose to walk, observe or meditate

Yoga or Morning Walk (Mountain, Beach or Lake)

Yoga – Healing, Rebalancing and Rejuvenating

Yoga has been known to cause Health & Happiness – Cultivation of the three bodies, the mental body, the pranic body and the physical body. Yoga will allow you to develop a strong, functional and beautiful body. You will also gain control over your breath and the internal energies of the body, build calm concentration and clarity and lay a strong foundation for anyone looking to traverse the spiritual path.

By using techniques of asana (poses), pranayama (breath control), and meditation you can work with symptoms varying through chronic pain, fatigue, insomnia, increased stress levels, injury, and mobility. Yoga takes you into a deeper understanding of how to alleviate your own personal health challenges.

Our yoga classes are suitable for all levels. Our instructors start from the ground up, keeping an eye on your alignment every step of the way. You will discover how your breath can ease not only your monkey mind, but can help you deepen your practice as well. The classes are structured around healing, rebalancing and rejuvenating and every movement can be regressed or modified to suit any cleansing program.

Mountain, Beach & Lake Walks

Our morning walks are a great way to re-connect with nature and enjoy the breathtaking views that Phuket has to offer. All walks are suitable for all fitness levels.

The Nai Harn Lake is a very beautiful location close to the beach. It’s the ideal place if you would like to go for a walk and also very popular for exercising. If you are looking for a bit of culture – then you can also visit Nai Harn Temple, which is also right behind the beach.

Daily Group Meeting

Great positive energy and lots of smiles – Our meetings are an open and rewarding way for guests to come together and connect with similar like minds to promote a sense of support, accomplishment and purpose. Whatever your personal goals for your time with us, we will help you to achieve them. We have successfully guided thousands of people – young and old, healthy and sick – through our transformational detox programs. Amity Wellness cutting edge detox protocols and wellness strategies will not only motivate you but will help you to achieve things that you never dreamed possible.

10:00 – 11:00

All of our cleansing and detox programs here at Amity Wellness include daily colon cleansing and/or Inflammation Pod session to accelerate the detoxification process.

Daily Colon Cleansing

The process is self administered in one of the Amity Wellness colon cleansing rooms, complete instructions are given by one of our specialised Detox consultants.

If you are unable to complete colon cleansing due to medical conditions, weak tolerance, preference or contraindications then you will receive daily FIR dome or Inflammation pod and oxygen therapy instead.

The chakra blockage normally has an associated block in the physical reality. The chakras will then be cleansed, re-aligned and re-energised. Crystal Singing Bowl Meditation

Restore a harmonious flow of energy. Chakra balancing is the process of restoring a The story of using singing bowls to utilise sound and vibration energy spans back to ancient history. Evidence has been found from ancient Egyptian texts from 5500 years ago mentioning the use of Faience to create Quartz Faience bowls. These bowls were used to cure diseases in ancient times.

Creates and generates positive energy flow (chi) for the user, area, and listeners. Influences the mind to a serene and peaceful state important to holistic health. Sounds from the bowl helps calm and focuses the mind leading to discipline. Increases mental strength both in left and right hemisphere to improve memory and creativity. Useful for architects, students, and artists.

Daily Beach Shuttle

Phuket Island has so many diverse stretches of soft sand with crystal clear, warm water. Most beaches around Amity are enclosed by lush green mountains with long flat stretches of quiet beaches but further north of the island is home to more active beaches offering water sports and tourist shopping. Every day there is a beach shuttle from Amity Wellness to one of Phuket’s prestigious beaches.

Nai Harn beach is fantastic to watch a beautiful sunset and for swimming from November to April, care should be taken in the low season (May-October) as there are strong currents and larger waves that are great for surfing.

Ya Nui Beach is a smaller equally as beautiful sandy cove that attracts snorkelers and divers. There is an option to rent kayaks, flippers and Snorkeling equipment at a very affordable rate.

All of our cleansing and detox programs here at Amity Wellness include an Inflammation Pod session to accelerate the detoxification process.

The Inflammation pod is designed to reduce Inflammation, fluid retention and cellulite but has more therapeutic properties to target bloating, gas, pain, parasites, poor circulation, toxin release, menstruation cramps, fatigue and much more.

Whatever the weather, we love to embrace the natural beauty of Phuket by offering the sunset shuttle to Picturesque spots like Cape Phromthep, windmill viewpoint and Nai Harn beach.

Watching the sunset is a natural tangible way to help your brain release serotonin, cultivating a grounded, happier, calmer wind down to help embrace a blissful night’s sleep.

Traditional Thai Massage

A therapeutic massage which focuses on pressure points and the circulation of blood and lymph fluid in the human body. The massage style is rhythmic and follows what is known as the Sen lines on the human body.

Reflexology (Foot Massage)

A relaxing way to stimulate the body’s natural healing abilities. This art involves the applying of pressure to specific points on the feet promoting energy flow and relieves tension throughout the body.

Head and Shoulder Massage
