This beginners class focuses on teaching the basic fundamentals of Muay Thai, including: stance, footwork, basic punches, kicks, knees and elbows and Padwork training.

Whether you want to develop self-confidence, get fit, or compete in the ring, Muay Thai is a sport that is inclusive of multiple goals. There are a million reasons why you may want to train Muay Thai, and at the end of the day, there are no wrong reasons to train.

You do not need to train and become a professional fighter. Thai boxing is a fun and incredible exercise for everyone. If you want to be in shape or do a bit of cardio workout, Thai boxing is a good choice for you.
