Our instructors start from the ground up, keeping an eye on your alignment every step of the way.You will discover how your breath can ease not only your monkey mind, but can help you deepen your practice as well. Our yoga classes focus on Asana (poses), Pranayama (breath control) and meditation.
The classes are structured around healing, rebalancing and rejuvenating and every movement can be regressed or modified to suit any cleansing program.
